By purchasing an EV charger with installation from Bloxt Energy online, the customer agrees to the following installation terms.
The price paid online includes a standard EV charger installation with a cable run of up to 15 metres from the electrical supply/consumer unit to the EV charger location.
If the installation requires a cable run of more than 15 metres, the additional cable, materials and labour required will be subject to an additional charge.
The property must have a suitable electrical supply and earthing arrangement to allow Bloxt Energy to install the EV charger safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.
If the property does not have a suitable earth, or if additional earthing or electrical works are required to complete the EV charger installation, these works are not included in the standard online purchase price and will be subject to an additional charge.
The online price is based on a standard EV charger installation. Additional charges may apply where extra works are required, including additional cabling over 15 metres, earthing works, electrical upgrades, remedial works or other works outside the standard installation.
Where additional chargeable works are identified, Bloxt Energy will advise the customer of the additional work and cost before carrying out those additional works.
If the customer does not wish to proceed with the additional chargeable works, Bloxt Energy will not carry out those additional works without the customer's agreement.
By completing the online purchase of an EV charger with installation from Bloxt Energy, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these installation terms and understands that the price paid online covers a standard installation only, with additional charges applying where additional works are required.
