What we need

Clear photos help us plan a safe install

Your photos let our engineers check cable routes, meter location and the proposed charger position before we visit. Take pictures in daylight where possible, and include nearby walls, driveways and existing electrical equipment.

  • Keep electrical covers closed at all times
  • Show the full meter and surrounding equipment
  • Include the path the cable would take to the charger
  • Capture a wider view of the property elevation
